Well, I think that there has not been a single working day yet, so the money has not gone anywhere ... Moreover, the withdrawal is possible only to a personalized Yandex wallet, to an anonymous it’s impossible, so they check that it was my wallet ... Then I saw that for the withdrawal you need to enter the number of the “attached” phone, then I was “shuddered” ... I didn’t receive any SMS codes! Has the phone been hacked? Requested details of calls - no, there were no SMS! Everything became unclear ... There was nothing left but to wait for a response from support.
On the 8th afternoon, support wrote that the security department would deal with my issue, they told me to wait for a response from them. To my requests, to consider somehow quickly, until the money is gone - the answer was that they work in a queue. The queue “reached” only on the 9th. Received a "laconic" answer from the security department that they requested confirmation of the withdrawal via e-mail, the answer came, the money "gone", nothing to return, "Thank you for your attention." But I didn't calm down. I ask a question, but what about the SMS code? He didn't exist! The answer killed me. One more nuance. On the site, in the "withdrawal of funds" section, it is indicated that "Withdrawal of funds from different accounts to the same details is not possible." It turns out that for each “terpil” like me, scammers create a separate, moreover, personalized wallet?! Where do they get so many fakes? Indeed, to create a personalized wallet, you need a “live” person with a passport.
Let's summarize.
In one day, on January 5th, some scammers picked up two passwords. By the way, they also entered from a different IP address, but this, apparently, did not alert the security service. We entered the “left” number of Yandex-money into the settings, my number was not there at all, because I didn't withdraw a penny. Created a withdrawal request. Confirmed it with a reply email. By the way, there was not a trace of these letters left in my mailbox, apparently, the scammers were very “neat” and cleaned up after themselves. Conclusion.
Actually I have 2 conclusions.
1. Letyshops' security system is "leaky" like a colander. They don't care about the safety of the client's money.
