It is possible to control the playback of a musical beep - for each subscriber / group of subscribers, you can set a specific musical composition, as well as activate the service at a certain time of the day or for one specific day.

In addition, it is possible to perform additional actions:

  • Give melodies to other subscribers;
  • Create copies of music;
  • Audio channel "Own wave" - ​​playing music of one genre;
  • Order popular songs and jokes.

It is possible to activate a free melodic beep. To perform this operation, you need to dial on your phone *955#, *111*199# or *111*197# and call key. The service is provided free of charge for a week.

Please note that the sound quality of the musical beep may be degraded due to network congestion.

Service "Beep" is present in the primary service package for some tariffs during the initial connection or when changing the old tariff to a new one (which implies the availability of the service). During the first 30 days of using the service, the subscriber decides whether he needs it or the service is to be disabled.

The cost of the service "Beep"

The cost of this service depends on whether the whole package of melodies or a single melody is connected. The price of one musical beep starts from 49.9 rubles and is designed for a period of 30 days. At the end of the month, the cost is extended, and the specified amount is charged from the subscriber's balance automatically.

The music package can be purchased at fixed prices: 75, 90, 120 rubles for a period of 30 days. Or 29.9 rubles for 7 days. The price of the "Music Box" is equal to 49.9 rubles.
You can install no more than 10 songs, ringtone packs, but payment is charged per song. All prices are presented including VAT.

If the user is connected "Beep" service, but the melody selected by him is not installed, then the melody pack is played by default. In this case, payment is debited only for the service. The daily service charge is 2 rubles.

Note: This feature is already included in the starter package for some tariff plans during the initial connection. Activation is carried out within a period of 2-3 days from the moment the connection of the musical beep starts or when switching to another tariff plan in which the "Beep" service is provided.
Payment for a gift song is included in the cost of the initial and mandatory set of services for a certain period. Once this period ends, the gift song will be renewed and charged at the fixed rate plan on a monthly basis.

How to change ringtone

If the service "Beep" is activated, it is possible to change the previously set melody to any other. Did you like the music on the beep from another MTS subscriber? By pressing the button (*), in the process of making a call, the composition is automatically copied and installed on the phone, while an SMS notification is delivered that the “Catch the Horn” service is activated and the copied melody has been installed. To perform this action, you must: go to the MTS website www.goodok.mts.ru and select the Catalog in the menu, and then click on the “Gift” function. The amount of payment will be written off from the account of the subscriber who made the gift. The subsequent extension of music playback is paid by the user who accepted the gift. In case of unwillingness to accept the melody as a gift, the subscriber should refuse in the Personal Account or, by dialing the number 0550.

It is worth paying attention to the fact that:

  • When making a call from a landline phone, "Beep" service may not be provided;
  • If the user is roaming, the service may not be guaranteed;
  • When setting up call forwarding, "Beep" service is not provided;
  • When the network is busy, especially during the holidays, the service is provided with a distortion of quality;
  • If during dialing, the called subscriber is busy, then instead of melodious beeps, the calling subscriber will hear short monotonous beeps;
  • The melody (or collection of melodies) you liked will be automatically renewed for the next period of use, if the user has not refused the renewal;
  • If the license of the melody has expired, then it is automatically deleted, and it is put on playback. "Music Box";
  • If a package of melodies is activated by the user, and one of them has expired the license period, then the operator has the right to replace it without the knowledge of the subscriber. Or the package of melodies is liquidated, and by default it will be activated "Music Box".

For example, for the Moscow region it is 75 rubles per month. Agree, not everyone will like it. But the problem is solved very simply. Choose the solution that suits you and act.

  • The simplest known method. Dial *111*29# on the mobile phone screen and send a call. The service will be disabled automatically, although it is better to check by calling your cell from another phone.
  • If for some reason the first method did not work, then it is best to go to the nearest MTS salon and explain your situation to the manager there, who will replace the SIM card with a new one without losing the numbers in the SIM card.
  • You can also dial 0890 on your mobile number (free of charge for MTS network subscribers) and wait for the operator's response, and then ask him to disable GOOD'OK.
